Electron Soft is MVP's mid-grade plastic, but with more flex and surface grip. While it is not a very durable plastic, it is liked for putters if you like great grip and flexible discs.
Standard Electron is MVP's mid-grade, softer plastic. It feels amazing, but it is not made for taking a beating at high velocity. It is primarily formulated for putters.
Electron Firm is the most durable and least flexible of the Electron blends. It is primarily formulated for putters.
